In 2008, the G.U.A. decided to create a ‘Quality workgroup’ to define criteria, measure and improve the global quality of the solutions in a very collaborative approach with Aldata Product Development and Delivery teams. Five Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) have therefore been defined to reflect the different aspects of the delivery cycle (development, internal and external tests, maintenance and planning management). These KPIs will be published every quarter and be accessible to the GUA members via the WebSite. The Quality workgroup also addresses documentation issues, ergonomics and program performance.
